We are seeking an experienced estate and trust tax manager with strong technical and research expertise and an emphasis in estate and trust tax returns and planning. The applicant must have experience with efficiently reviewing complex individual, trust, and business entity tax returns, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, and effectively supervising and mentoring staff in a public accounting environment.
Interested applicants should be a licensed CPA with a degree in accounting/finance and a minimum of 8-10 years public accounting experience.
We are currently seeking a full-time tax senior to join our team. A senior tax preparer is expected to perform fundamental accounting work with minimal assistance. Responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely preparation and/or review of all clients’ tax returns. Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas, along with well-developed and applied management and supervisory skills are required to make decisions on all but the most unusual tax situations.
Applicants should have at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting and least 3 years experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in tax knowledge. CPA license strongly preferred.
