Ora has over twelve years of professional experience, including ten years of public accounting beginning in the tax department of Price Waterhouse LLP in San Francisco. Her two and half years of private industry experience, culminated as the head of the tax department for a US publicly held company, with 28 subsidiary and multi-state operations.
Ora provides tax planning and compliance management services for privately held businesses in variety of industries, high net worth individuals, and trusts and estates. She also consults on business entities tax efficient structure, merger and acquisitions, exit strategies, funding decedent trusts, and income tax aspects of various forms of wealth transfers.
